Who are we?
Samwell Solutions, LLC is a joint mother-daughter venture created to share strategies for better parenting, better learning, and better living. Renee Samuels has a Masters Degree in Special Education with certifications in Cognitive Impairments, Learning Disabilities, and Elementary Education, and she is a veteran Special Education teacher with over 20 years of experience working with students of a variety of ability levels, across all grades. Currently, she is a Transition Coordinator, supporting students with disabilities in building meaningful lives beyond the school-aged years. She is a certified Explicit Instruction Trainer, Peers Making Peace Facilitator, and Instructional Consultation Teams Coach. Renee is passionate about teaching teachers and parents best practices for working with children. Jada Samuels is a 12th grade student in a dual-enrollment program. She maintains high-honor roll status in both her high school and college classes, and she has been recognized for her exemplary leadership, academic, and interpersonal skills. Jada is driven by her passion for improving student wellness, creating the Mind Matters club at her high school and the Samwell: Connect, Reflect, Grow community impact project. Both Jada and Renee are graduates of The Landmark Forum, they are certified by Yale University in The Psychology of Wellbeing, and they are passionate about spreading social, academic, and mental wellness to all.
